In keeping with our commitment to make SOUTH BAY MARINA the premier marina of the area, we have added 30 new docks for the 2008 boating season along with improved driveways, parking lots and landscaping. "Louie's Lagoon Food & Drinks", our poolside bar, will have expanded hours beginning Memorial Day weekend. These enhancements, when added to the existing heated pool and bar, boaters lounge (which houses additional restrooms, showers and laundry facility), playground and recreation areas, make our gated marina the area's largest full service marina. Our fuel dock offers premium diesel, mid-grade ethanol free gasoline and pump out facilities. Wireless internet service, provided by Air2Access, and Direct TV are available at the marina, on a subscription basis. For those desiring dock boxes, they are available for rent or purchase. Jet ports and dockage for jet boats are also available on a daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis.
We offer seasonal and transient dockage for boats up to 100 feet with access to an on-site full service maintenance and storage facility through Harborside Yacht Center. Our travel lift and 22' wide boat well are capable of handling boats up to 50 tons. The entire complex is secured and gated.
